What we collect
Only the information needed to run the app and support competition workflows.

Users still control important visibility and support actions inside the product.
- Profile visibility can be adjusted according to your preferred privacy level.
- You can request help for account corrections, support, or data-related concerns.
- We aim to avoid exposing private information beyond what the product workflow requires.
Search engines and public pages
Some public content can be found without logging in.
Some content on Vibeletic can be seen without logging in, and search engines such as Google may list it. This applies to your public profile page, which shows your name, profile photo, bio, sport role and nationality, with your username in the page address. It also applies to pulses you post with the Public setting, which show the photo or video, its caption, your name and the date.
To protect young athletes, these public pages are available only for accounts with a birth date showing the person is 18 or older. If you are under 18, or have not added your birth date, you have no public profile page, your pulses cannot be opened without logging in, and search engines cannot list you. Adults who want a public profile page can add their birth date to their profile.
Public profiles can appear in search engines by default. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Privacy → “Show my profile in search engines”, and your profile page will then ask search engines not to list it. Private profiles are never shown publicly. Pulses set to Cheerers or Private are never shown publicly. Setting your profile to private does not change pulses you already posted as Public, so change those pulses individually. Pulses expire after seven days, and their public page is removed when they do.
Search engines keep their own copies and update them on their own schedule. A listing may take some time to disappear after you change a setting or delete content. We can't control copies held by other companies, but you can contact us at support@vibeletic.com and we'll help.
